Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the cooking of dishes in the cafeteria, ensuring timely supply of meals for each service;
2. Responsible for food quality identification, focusing on the quality and taste of dishes, proactively understanding employee needs, and introducing innovative dishes actively or on schedule;
3. Responsible for food safety, complying with relevant laws and regulations for catering practitioners, strictly controlling the use of food raw materials to prevent food safety incidents;
4. Focus on cost control, conserve the use of water, electricity, and gas energy, eliminate waste, and reduce the surplus of prepared meals while ensuring supply;
5. Responsible for the 5S work in the assigned work area, ensuring a clean and tidy environment in the area;
6. Responsible for daily inspection of the operation status of electrical equipment in various areas, and timely reporting of any faulty equipment for repair.
Qualifications:
1. Junior high school or above;
2. Knowledgeable in cooking various cuisines, holding a valid health certificate for ingredients, and proficient in Chinese cuisine or Indonesian dishes;
3. Serious and responsible in work, dedicated to the job;
4. Pragmatic and honest, with civilized behavior.
Position 2: Kitchen Worker:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for selecting, cleaning, and processing food ingredients such as vegetables and meats according to requirements, strictly ensuring the safety of food ingredients as the first priority;
2. Responsible for properly storing the remaining food ingredients that have been cut or cleaned, and promptly dealing with any spoiled or moldy ingredients;
3. Responsible for collecting tableware and thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting it according to standard requirements;
4. Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the cafeteria, ensuring a clean and tidy environment in all areas;
5. Assist the chef in cooking various dishes in the cafeteria, ensuring timely supply of meals.
