Dibutuhkan Untuk Posisi :

• UTILITY OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
2. Having understanding in basic electricity and machinery
3. Minimum GPA 3.00
4. Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability
5. Good team work and able to work individually
6. Basic knowledge of operational logic control
7. Willing to wokring at height

• PRODUCTION OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma of Chemical Engineering
2. Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability
3. Having understanding in basic chemical process
4. Minimum GPA 3.00
5. Good team work and able to work individually

• GA OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma of Social and Political Sciences/Law
2. Have a good attitude & high integrity is a must
3. Familiar & excellent in administrative tools and Microsoft Office
4. Minimum GPA 3.0
5. Good Communication & interpersonal skill
6. Able to work in a dynamic work situation, agile, and responsive to the situation

• LF OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Agricultural engineering/Agribisnis/Agroteknologi/Food Technology & Agricultural Products (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
2. Understanding manufacturing process is a plus
3. Familiar and excellent in administrative tools & reporting skill
4. Have good systematical and analytical reasoning
5. Disciplined, detailed, agile and responsive to the situation
6. Minimum GPA 3.00
7. Good communication & interpersonal skill

• LF OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Agricultural engineering/Agribisnis/Agroteknologi/Food Technology & Agricultural Products (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Understanding manufacturing process is a plus
4. Disciplined, detailed, agile and responsive to the situation

• ENGINEERING OPERATOR

Qualification :

1. Minimum Diploma of Electrical Engineering (Instrumentation & Control Engineer)
2. Understanding in PND drawing
3. Minimum GPA 3.00
4. Able to make a reports
5. Good capability in AutoCad will be a plus
6. Detailed, able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability
7. Willing to work and inspection at site
8. Analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill

• HRD OFFICER

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Administration/Management of Human Resources/Statistics/Tax Major
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Proficient in data management and analysis
4. Understanding in Labor Laws, Industrial Relation, and Organizational Development
5. Good team work and able to work individually
6. Able to communicate in English both oral and written
7. Having experienced in compensation & benefit and performance evaluation will be advantages
8. Excellent analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill
9. Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability

• LABORATORY ANALYST OFFICER

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree of Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Food Science Technology
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Understanding in Good Laboratory Practices, ISO 17025:2015 will be plus
4. Good capability of laboratory analysis (chemical, physical, biological) is a must
5. Having experienced in Quality Process, Laboratory will be advantages
6. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
7. Excellent analytical, communication, logical and interpersonal skill
8. Disciplined, detail oriented, critical and responsible
9. Fast learner and able to work as a team or independently and hardworker

• SAFETY & HEALTH OFFICER

Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
2. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
3. Minimum 3 year in similar position in manufacturing preferably at food/chemical/biotechnology manufacturing
4. Minimum GPA 3.00
5. Strong ability to analyze data and in field situation in terms of safety matters
6. Strong knowledge about basic manufacturing, factory design, and basic chemical engineering process
7. Able to work both individually and in a team
8. Possess a high level of saafety culture and awareness, risk assessment methods
9. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
10. Strong communication and leadership skill

• PRODUCTION OFFICER (FERMENTATION PROCESS)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree of Microbiology/Biology/Food Technology/Biotechnology, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Having experienced in Fermentation Technology will be advantages
4. Good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Familiar with Microsoft tools
6. Understanding in bacteria & microbiology
7. Excellent analytical, cautions and accurate person
8. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
9. Fast learner, hard worker and able to work as a team or independently

• PRODUCTION OFFICER (REFINERY PROCESS)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree of Chemical Enginering/Biotechnology
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Having experienced in Refinery Technology will be advantages
4. Fast learner, hard worker and able to work as a team or independently
5. Understanding in process simulation & equipment
6. Familiar with Microsoft tools
7. Excellent analytical and logical thinking with good interpersonal skill
8. Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
9. Able to work in a dynamic work situation and high adaptability

• UTILITY PROCESS OFFICER

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering/Physical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Energy Conversion or equivalent field of study preferred (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
2. Minimum GPA 3.00
3. Good understanding of basic thermodynamics, steam and gas power engineering, process engineering, and management of sustainability industry
4. Good attitude and administration skill, Ms. Office and emailing
5. Have good attitude and analytical thinking
6. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently to resolve issues
7. Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of industrial utility, equipment and facilities
8. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional team
9. Able to communicate in English both oral and written

• PRODUCTION (FERMENTATION PROCESS)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s or Master degree preferably in Bio Process Engineering/Biotechnology/Food Technology/Microbiology or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team
3. Having experience in Biotechnology, Food industry, Fermentation process
4. Fluency in English
5. Having knowledge of micro-biology relating to Fermentation process
6. High lebel of motivation, open-minded, leadership, clear and appropriate level of communication, flexible, prafmatic, creative, autonomous, critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team working attitude result oriented
7. Familiar with Food Safety Concept, Safety regulation & the implementation
8. Special Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Data Analysis

• PRODUCTION (REFINERY PROCESS)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s or Master degree preferably in Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in Manufacturing and having experience for 3 years Leading Team
3. Having experience in Bio Industry, Food Industry, Refinery process
4. Fluency in English
5. Having knowledge of Refinery Technology, Material/Mass Balance
6. Special Technical Expertise: Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Data Analysis
7. High level of motivation, open-minded, leadership, clear and appropriate level of communication, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, team working attitude and result oriented
8. Familiar with food safety concept & implementation
