Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or any related major, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
-
Knowledge and understanding of GMP
-
In Depth knowledge related to maintanance machine
-
Understand to read P&IDs and design isometrics, PLC and pneumatic systems
-
Able to operated electrical tools, such as CAD Software (2D & 3D), multitester/AVO meter, insulation test, ampere meter, grounding tester, etc
-
Excellent organization and leadership skills
-
Strong communication skills, especially in English

To ensure machines and equipment is optimally operated
-
Plan, execute, coordinate, and evaluate maintenance & electrical team
-
Make a report for equipment and facilities condition periodically include make an analysis needed
-
Implement preventive and predictive maintanance
-
Ensure the production, lab, R&D, QA and warehouse machines are optimally by coordinate and supervise the implementation of periodical maintenance & support the machines troubleshooting
-
Ensure maintenance related project documentation (URS, Drawing, BOQ)
-
Follow and implement OHSE regulations that are implemented in the company
-
Coordinate with other engineering team (Utility, Calibration, PM & Sparepart) and another related department
