About the role

As Finance Supervisor at PT MODAGRAFICS AUTO INDONESIA, Indonesia (member of Adampak Group), you will play a key role in overseeing the financial operations of the organisation. Based in Kawasan Industri Jababeka I Blok E 4-5 Cikarang, Bekasi 17530 , this full-time position will see you manage the company’s accounts, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, driving the financial health and growth of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow reports

• Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring efficient financial management

• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making

• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to enhance financial controls

• Managing the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements

• Liaise with Auditor, Tax department, issue CIT, OSS report for HR and tax reporting for the company.

What we’re looking for

• Qualified accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a financial management role

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting, and business partnering within the Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting industries

• Proven ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders

• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in the use of financial management software and data analysis tools

• Experience in monthly tax submission will be added advantage
