Job Description
-
Conduct internal audits (operational, financial, and compliance)
-
Develop and execute risk-based audit plans
-
Evaluate production, inventory, and supply chain processes
-
Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulations (HACCP, GMP, BPOM, Halal)
-
Identify risks and provide improvement recommendations
-
Prepare audit reports and monitor followups
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering
-
3–5 years experience in Internal Audit (FMCG / food industry)
-
Strong understanding of audit, costing, and inventory control
-
Familiar with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 (preferred)
-
Proficient in Excel / data analysis & ERP (SAP/Oracle)
-
Analytical, detail-oriented, high integrity, and good communication
-
Willing to be assigned and rotated across all company branches (Cikarang & Pati)
