About The Company:

The working venue is in Cikarang.

Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Production Staff ~ Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Assist in executing daily production plans based on schedule.
-
Monitor production line performance (output, downtime, efficiency).
-
Ensure production processes run according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
-
Identify process issues and report abnormalities.
-
Support troubleshooting of production problems (machine, material, or process).
-
Assist in implementing process improvements (Kaizen, 5S activities).
-
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
-
Work closely with QA/QC team to handle defects and quality issues.
-
Perform basic inspections and data recording.
-
Record daily production data (output, defects, downtime).
-
Prepare reports for supervisors or managers.
-
Maintain proper documentation of production and engineering activities.
-
Monitor machine conditions and report any malfunctions.
-
Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs or preventive maintenance.
-
Ensure proper machine operation according to standards.
-
Communicate with PPIC, Warehouse, and QA departments.
-
Ensure smooth material flow and production continuity.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree graduate
-
Has 2 years of experience as Production or Engineering Staff from Electronic Manufacture.
-
Business English and Japanese proficiency.
