This position placement would be under PT Toyota Tsusho Lippo Residence (TTLR), Axia South Cikarang.
AXIA South Cikarang is a serviced apartment with a Japanese-style concept, managed by a Japanese hospitality company. It is located in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi, and provides a Japanese restaurant, a Japanese bath spa, a Japanese mini market, and 24-hour concierge service. Job Description

Support senior HVAC mechanics and electricians in maintenance activities.

Clean filters, coils, and other components to maintain AC quality and efficiency.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks on a scheduled basis.

Keep accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and the status of maintenance tasks.

Support the supervisor in maintaining, repairing, and carrying out new work or modifications for civil works in the hotel and apartment.
Job Qualifications

Minimum education: Senior High School or Vocational School majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Experience in AC maintenance or civil work in a hotel environment is highly preferred.

Ability to use tools for AC preventive maintenance or civil work.

Good communication skills to effectively communicate maintenance needs.

Honest, reliable, and responsible.

Willing to work in the Cikarang area.
