The suitable candidate will be responsible to ensure the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of all IT systems, infrastructure, and technical services within the pastry manufacturing plant, enabling seamless production operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting business efficiency through effective technical support and continuous system improvement, with the detail below:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, and network devices

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across departments

• Ensure production-related IT systems

• Monitor and maintain network performance (LAN/WiFi) across the factory

• Perform hardware repairs and coordinate with external vendors when necessary

• Document technical issues and solutions

• Support implementation of new systems and technology upgrades

• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies and security standards

• Respond promptly to IT issues that may impact production operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles

• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, networks, and standard office applications, including installation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve IT-related problems

• Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Windows, and Helpdesk Platform
