• Supervise incoming, in‑process, and final inspections; ensure SOP compliance.
• Monitor quality trends and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints and claims using 8D, 5 Why, and root-cause analysis.
• Act as main customer contact for quality issues and ensure timely 8D submissions.
• Oversee defect investigation, warranty claim handling, and cost recovery processes.
• Lead containment actions internally and at customer sites.
• Maintain QMS documentation, support internal/external audits, and prepare APQP/PPAP materials.
• Train and guide QC/QA teams to strengthen quality problem‑solving capability.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce PPM, defect rates, and quality costs.
• Requirement:
• Min. Diploma in Industrial Engineering or any major related to the field.
• Minimum 3 or more experience Years at the same position (at Japanese Manufacture Company).
• Fluent in English and can speak Japanese is advantage.
• Can join ASAP.
