Job desc:

• Check the condition of the machine

• Prepare standard operations before changing the mold

• Change mold based on Planning from PC

• Checking the safety for operators who operate the machine after setting the mold

• Set up the mold, setting robot, setting the parameter  & trial for production until the sample QC  OK

• Performing analysis and repairs during production, it was found NG

• New trial, production equipment maintenance, repair, and production equipment production.

• Since the range of work is wide, it is also necessary to have the ability to coordinate with other departments.

• Experienced in new mold production

• Experienced in 650-ton class

• Can perform Traceability data from abnormal reports

• Doing IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES

• Create process procedures (Work Instructions or SOP)

• Conduct mold problem analysis using 4M, 5 Whys, and Fishbone methods

• Prepare systematic analysis reports and corrective action recommendations

Requirement:

• S1 Industrial Engineering

• Fluent in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, etc)

• Able to set the injection Machine

• Able to set the Robot program

• Able to improve troubleshooting of the injection machine

• Capable to make 2D and 3D printed drawing

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Mold setup and part
