PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a Japanese Company in the Manufacturing sector and they are looking for an HRGA Leader/ Supervisor to be placed in Cikarang with job descriptions and requirements as below:
Key Responsibility Areas

Managing all HR & GA matters,

Responsible for making the strategy of salary-based review allowance, reviewing company regulations, and making the salary table

Responsible for GA legal matters, compliance, and handling government offices.

Responsible for another related job in HR and GA.
Requirements:

S1 from any degree
-
Fluent in English
-
Has experience as a Personnel (HRGA) Supervisor for at least 5 years
-
Understood HR Role (industrial relations, BPJS TK/Kesehatan, people development, license)

Able to run MS Office
